Also, I highly doubt Seth will end with Anubis as a couple, he love him as a son and thats it.
I'm 95% sure he's gonna end up with Horus.
Even though, Horus and Anubis are pretty much the same, both are he's nephews, but as Seth really sees Anubis as his child I dont judge people who dont ship them for this reason.
I just dont ship Seth and Anubis because I dont think they have couple chemistry. They doesnt feel like a couple, but Seth and Horus give me that feeling.
