A-f*ckin-men, hallelujah! People are sitting here making moral judgements, forgetting the most important thing- it’s not real; that’s not an excuse or justification, it’s literally fake.
The standards by which I judge real people, are completely different from the ones I use to decide whether I like a character or not, because one is actual flesh and blood people, with their own thoughts, feelings and lives and one is literal words on a page. I don’t deny that I might be a little strange for liking toxic fiction but I’m certainly not a disgusting person who loves rapists in real life, that’s such an absurd stretch
yeah I agree with u, ppl do need to chill out. If it’s not your cup of tea don’t drink it or shame others for liking it.
I don’t think people who consume this media will start raping or abusing others because of some webtoon.
btw ur comparison to the killing stalking guy and this seme didn’t rlly make sense. like both suck, one just sucks a lot more.
Yay I'm glad that im actually finding some like-minded people.
But seriously some of the best stories start out with these toxic relationships. It's a pretty common occurrence in BL. I don't know why some are still so surprised, if you don't like it read a different genre.
Im probably weird but the cold and unpleasant attitudes in the characters is trope I like. I am currently reading "Don't Mix Business with Pleasure" and I really relate to the Ukes thoughts about a mean top Haha (≧∀≦)
I don't understand how alot of people on here get so butthurt over some topics or how the characters act? It's literally fictional! Of course i aint gonna like a man like this in real life, but i personally enjoy reading about some toxicity and drama sometimes.
It makes me wonder how people constantly have to bring societal norms and pressures into a fictional world?! Your reading lists must be so bland.
I mean, I bet half of you read "Killing stalking". So whats so bad about this seme...honestly ( ̄へ ̄)
