Just like you said, he should be in prison, and authors can make that happen, but they didn't; instead, they let him suffer the same way Suha experienced. I just felt bad. Why does every villain need to suffer? They make the story more interesting! (◠‿◕). Kidding aside, about blackmailing Siwoo, remember that won't happen if Siwoo didn't drug him; if he just leaves the room without doing anything, then Do-Hyeok won't care about Siwoo at all. Siwoo literally raped Do-Hyeok. They are all the same, so where's the justice?

No one deserves to suffer, but nowadays some people really do deserve to suffer. But in the correct way, they can put him in prison or maybe in a mental institution if they believe that he has a mental problem. Suha's boyfriend is hella rich, y'know, and Siwoo seems rich too, as I can see from the latest chapter. Wtf making him suffer by being raped, and what next? He will experience all Suha has been through? Like seriously, people.
