Ashil is vital to the plot twists that will occur at the climax involving Maribelle's assassination attempt, the palace terrorism, the death of the emperor's aunt, the failure of the first prince's revolt, the emperor's life, and will take his own life for regretting his actions. (all this because Maribelle had a big influence towards him). He is quite honestly an amazing cannon fodder.

Can someone spoil me and tell me what happened to Ashil? because I read up to 27 chapters and jumped to the last chapter and I couldn't see him among the wedding guests. Like is he the second ml? Or is he a villain? Or is he insignificant?
