wait is the story abt the character being a serial killer in the mc manga? Because this looks familiar or is it abt a horror where the mc(author) writes horror and meets a dude who experience what the author writes?
the story was on going when i first read it, it was only recently, it goes like this in the first chapter; the mc is answering questions for an interview in a restaurant and it pans to a man sitting nearby. apparently that is his assailant. anyway, in the next chapters the mc is talking about how in his webtoon his character experiences stockholm syndrome after being kidnapped by what he now calls his lover. he doesn't remember many things, so he always says "who do i love?" to the kidnapper and the man replies with "me", after this it shows a flashback where the mc is in a bar, he meets this man who looks exactly like the kidnapper in his webtoon and gets wasted, then ends up sleeping with him. the next day he finds that his leg is broken and that he's bedridden, and so on

i hsve this vague memory like the character was from sort of fantasy world....was he a prince or sort of a person with authority?
it was a modern setting :[ the mc is a typical webtoon artist, and he's popular for his psychological bl series. the ml is exactly like the ml in his story, from looks down to personality, but sometimes he seems to break character when the mc angers him. he has black hair and very tired eyes
