i dont remember much from the novel but ruby also gets pregnant and has a baby, They had a son. Gold hair like ruby and red eyes like the izek. izek kills caesar. (not in order but they have a happy ending :))

dont let this man deceive you, he (POSILER WARNING) ended up killing enzo, rubys brother whom we all love. also many other things but this is what got me riled up. i fucking hate his guts, i wish ruby would tell izek EVERYTHING. and i mean everything on what caesar did to ruby and all that smack about “educating her” and what that really was.
