Idk about other countries but we had girl in our class that was like 23 or something when we were 15/16 so yeah I think it’s possible but I don’t know in what countries
If you’re underage when you attended school it could be possible or if you got held back, failed a year but it depends on the school
I my country there are cases of grandmas and grandpas who didnt get to graduate elementary/Highschool/college are attending schools and are passing with flying colors. Some of them have to work when they were young to feed their siblings, now they wanted to at least graduate or just get a diploma
I believe in my highschool you could be held back till you turned 22? Theres also GED classes people take that are hosted in highschools
In my country, yes they can it's also up to them if they one to attend school in traditional way or by program
