Quite debatable. Being attracted to genitals is not always mutually exclusive to being attracted to the gender attached to those genitals. Me, for example, I feel disgusted by any genital that doesn't belong to the person I love and am attracted to both physically and emotionally. If it's attached to that person, then ofc I like it bc it's a part of them. They could definitely just be into girls only, but they could also just be repulsed by any genitals that don't belong to the person they have a deep connection with. That phenomena is definitely common within females (the sex, not the gender) than males, bc of the way their emotional intelligence tends to develop differently and they're socialized differently than males as they grow. And lastly, they could be Asexual & Aromantic, although that's much more rare than people these days like to say it is (many ppl are throwing labels everywhere to feel a sense of identity rather than actually taking the time to introspect into who they are without needing 10000000 labels).
Also, they suffered trauma strictly related to Genitals, so there is that, too.

Jwgsjshsjsjs I disliked the real life penis and never thought of myself to just touch it or like ew skgssiyshwv I dont know but it icks me and my skin crawl just a thought of a real penis like a mushroom maybe I got traumatized because when I was 10 yrs old, I accidentally watch a video on my dads phone about a man having sex with a girl and theres a sticky cumming between them and it is soooooo disgusting until now whenver I remember that scene I got shivers. But this story is so fun to read that an emperor has an erection dysfunction. And I cant even see the proper penis so I'm glad. I like reading smut just for the change of genre with a not visible penis and also most of smut stories are good tbh it can make me so much cry and laugh and then after that I'll be mad about the things happening on the story. And also it's not a real person and just a drawing so very nice. Anyways, over all I actually like this story. Short story but well written and well drawn.
