eeeeh she asked, then misunderstood when he explained in a more sanitised way. She heard rumors, brought it up again so he explained more, there's no way you can put any blame on him here, he handled it all pretty well overall. Her first reaction is totally understandable tbh especially from an immature kid, the way she characterised the situation in ch19 completely isn't though.
i mean yeah they’re in high school and yeah they’re young but her behavior his actually preposterous. she ASKED him about his past, blamed him for getting raped, and when confronted blamed him AGAIN for telling her something so heavy and then tried to act like the victim in the situation. high schoolers are not young children. they have basic empathy. they know right from wrong. the topic was heavy and it was hard to digest, hell, even a full grown adult would have problems with talking about it. but she went above and beyond to undermine his experience and make herself the victim. you can’t fully blame that on childishness, some of the blame is on her character.
I think when they meant forcing trauma they meant it was honestly too early for a person to open up like that.Good amount of people would honestly feel uncomfortable and go ummmm???? But she victim blame again which idk why the author is doing that for and making the fl lead a dick head
