Yeah, be original for once! This trope is so repetitive and unrealistic! How many childhood friends acfually fall in love and live happily ever after in real life? I know rhis is fiction and it shouldn't be compared to real life but some elements of a story are/can be logical enough to be realistic.

I mean tbh as if the latest chapter I don’t think that’s the reason they will like each other? The MC/Uke doesn’t even recognize that he knew him as a child. And the ML/Seme probably knows but didn’t approach him cause of that. He only helped him a few times and the mc went to him. I don’t think they will fall in love just cause they knew each other as kids- they’re most likely falling in love as they get to know each other now.
