Probably it's some girl that he rejected and that's why he doesn't remember.
I don't like how the characters at the beginning expressed themselves about women, but I think that maybe that's the point of the manga... to make them understand how a woman feels? And so they know how to appreciate them more. I hope its like that and they have some character development or sm shit
