It goes by the same name Sa Ye / 撒野 and you can find an ongoing translation at Dogeballs.com which is technically a fan translation, but with permission from the author so that's a bonus. As far as I'm aware there are around 20 chapters left to be translated.

Oh yeah a lot of things are slightly different in the novel compared to the manhua, nothing too extreme but I would personally recommend to just read the novel from the start, it really sets the mood for the entire book and it’s a lot more evenly paced!
