(There’s not really a romance going rn) but characters interactions feel genuine and not just tropes. The FL actions/decisions actually have weight to them and not “going through the motions from her previous life”. It’s my absolute favourite

Characters are genuine and the FL doesn’t feel like she’s just “going through the motions” and has all the answers. It’s my favourite atm!

Specifically looking for isekai recs with female lead and the romance is kinda there (like it isn’t too much of a main point).
For reference my personal faves so far are: Divorcing my Tyrant Husband, Sister I am the Queen in this Life, For my Abandoned Love, Isn’t Being a Wicked Woman Much Better and Duchess’s Lofi Coffee House.
Also, although they aren’t isekai stories, I also like Remarried Empress and Serena.
Side note: although I did say isekai recs, I’m also open to any rec with the sort of strong female lead that is portrayed in any of the stories mentioned above.
