I would say to finish it because better translators take over soon, but because the comic wasn’t popular the author had to just quickly end it and so much was left hanging. Like so much. And Yu was suddenly forgiving and Song apologetic and it felt so wrong. They were getting there, or at least Song was, but Yu was still bound in fear and dislike then the author had to fast track the forgiveness.

I am trying to persevere with this manhua, hoping to see some suffering angst from Song Bai Lao for being a total abusive dick to Ning Yu (who is the eternal clueless victim) but these shit Google translations are making an already painful story impossible. I am at chapter 43 and there are literally panels like this;
“Why let Xian Ping go to the mountain” (Me: wth is mountain a euphemism for? There was no mountain)
“Guy A yesterday… was it by you … cough … what’s wrong that guy?” (Me: guy A? Who the f is that? By you? Wtf you talking about?! It’s ‘What’s wrong WITH that guy’ …ffs use grammarly or something…)
“Ok bother for cleaning for me.” (Me: ……… ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ)
The first few chapters are well translated, but be warned. I spend so much time deciphering this crap that I am more angsty at the shitty writing than the dirtbag Song Bai Lao.
If you can’t be assed to do more than use Google translate on Chinese manhua, just don’t bother. If you don’t understand English grammar, try grammarly.com or one of those AI to run it through. I may as well just read by looking at the pictures.
