It's not that she's a bish like people are saying in the comments, but that she's a literal monster, as in, the mythological Nine Tailed Fox monster who eats people's livers.
So it's kinda expected she would do all that, as per the legend of the Nine Tails-- they would take the form of a beautiful woman to seduce men and devour them.
So yeah, she's villainous, but I wouldn't particularly use the term "b*tch" to describe a mythical demon who eats people.
