I mean I get it but since bitch is a female dog... Tangentially it makes sense, omeging doesn't sound english, pregging pushes the vibe of an already existing pregnancy... In the end finding a word for it is hard and the least ugly but still heavily negatively connotative word is bitching

Pretty good suggestion! But feels too generic to represent only switching from alpha to omega excluding other cases like beta to omega or omega to beta
