well in my perspective, they made an agreement that yk he can have sex with dan whenever in exchange for money so that gives consent. but the fact that jaekyung does it so forcefully is what i say is abuse, also if you look at how dan sees jaekyung in his pov jaekyung looks scarier when in reality he’s not. some scenes are being written in dan’s pov that’s why jaekyung seems like a monster but i can just hope jaekyung fixes his attitude though, dan deserves to be treated better.

In chp 3 Dan consented jk and they both came to an agreement. He had the chance to say no but decided to stay. And after getting ready to shower, jk dragged him out because he was wasting his time which is understandable. After all, his jinx was very important to him and it was quite late for them to be having sex presuming jk had to be sleep and be lively for the match.
He was already annoyed but that doesn't also mean Dan deserved being pushed around like that. And when they start Dan says he can't do it anymore which jk found annoying by saying, “You think I'm some sort of joke to you, don't expect to leave here like that last guy safe and sound” I think that's what he said. But if you look at jk pov, he didn't even mean to threaten him, that wasn't his intention if you notice his next reaction at that specific moment. And Dan then said in his thoughts, “Right, I had already agreed, I can do this” I agree that Dan felt threatened but you can't say that when you look at both POVs.
