I can't understand korean but I can say based on the visuals alone.
MC became a real recognized talented designer by winning a designer award (but not really sure if its mc or the bro that won). After leaving the boarding house, he and the main girl built a designer store of their own.
The main girl's brother left the country and the last person to bid him farewell was blonde guy.
Skip to 3 yrs after.
The blonde and the younger guy were talking to each other in a campus where younger dude was a student. Then they went somewhere where there was fans and cameras waiting for them.
There the brother showed himself and also saw his sister's friend that confessed to him before, among the fans. This time, it's hinted that he accepted her confession since he patted her head in an affectionate way. End of chapter.
Now idk if that chapter was the ending because ngl it was abrupt wtf. I don't know if anyone of the students was actually gay, except for the blonde because he was acting sus towards the brother (probably a case of unrequited love and friendzone )
