Omg they are so cute together >∆< I am weak for this kind of personality combo. Scary guy that looks like a dangerous gangster but is actually a sweetie. Super pretty partner who is sociable and speaks their mind.
I haven't read a mermaid story in a while but they really put that mermaid tail to use >.> in more ways than one lol. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄

    Some others that I can think of would be like Gone with the Bubbles, Deep (yuje), Wadatsumi no Yometori, Mermaid's Egg, & Kanashiki Ningyo (mermaid curse related but has yokai too)
