The story pretty sums up to this two male lead got switched their bodies and they have to defeat whoever wants to kill the King (can't remember all the plot now sorry) The King is a very ruthless king while the physician is a pushover to their work. They're bodies got suddenly switched bcoz of the ritual made by the king's brother before he died by execution.
