GOSHHH Hanahaki Disease is really something I wish were more popular both in fanfiction and Mangas. It's such a beautiful trope that paves a path for amazing angst and tragedy. I don't think I'll be reading any major character death tho lol. I won't be able to ever recover from them. I hope in the future we'll have more Hanahaki Disease mangas!!
