He's actually a guy. In chapter 23, there's a scene with him topless after being treated by MC. They corrected the mistranslation of his gender, along with Wonkang's actual name (because it's Heonwon Kang, not Heon Wonkang).
i still confused about cheon gender,, the earliest chapter said he's a boy but i remember the recent chapter using 'her' to desc wiji cheon
