If I'm not mistaken, it's probably because the actual limb has to be in existence to grow back. Because aji ate dohoons arm/leg, it's gone forever, and because dohoons has ajis arm, aji can't bring it back to her body to regenerate. Just a theory tho!

I'm not sure if I missed a panel or what but I don't get it why they can't just regenerate their arm and leg. They're both drinkers now. Are they not?
