Nah I think he'll just be step dad. Shuli is legally the kids guardian, both biological parents have passed and the father gave full guardianship to her, which is kinda the same as adoption but not if that makes sense.

I find it kinda sweet that Nora has a deep love or would I call it affection for all of them. Either way he does care deeply for them.
Also if Nora and Shuli got married would that make Nora the step daddy or the step step daddy or just the guy she got married to?
