Fr i think it'd a rational conflict between hwanjin and the lawyer guy to think of the answer on the proper way to solve these cases, seeing the new recuirements would prob be fckup on emotional feelings or they go overboard (to the point of killing(?)) with the punisments. I feel like the story is finally going to aknowkledge the problems with the TRPA, you just can't give unlimited power to individual lmao, even if as readers we know that Hanrim and Hwajin would never cross the line. But we're getting there, especially with the new recruit
