They re fine couple. As far as I remember ML is green flag and MC gets to become first omega emperor at the end. They spend MCs first heat cycle together lol( ya all wait for this to happen in nearest eps), at the end they marry each other and MC even gives birth to MLs buns(two). MCs mother gets her punishment at the end by being tortured the same way as she did to MC. And ML makes sure of it lol, he is quite harsh towards others who ever did bad to MC.
