late reply, but yes. i read the Taiwanese subs cause i was so confused why he would tell his partner about his past experiences and then mock his partner for being a virgin. doesn’t seem in character.
what he said in the Taiwanese scan was “Although there were times I relied on blind intuition, didn’t I tell you I did quite a bit of homework on this” —> bragging that he had studied so well Kuma couldn’t tell
next panel: “Obviously, Kuma-Kun at that time was also a (male) virgin (didn’t penetrate) and (female) virgin (general term, as in never had sex), right?” —> he’s half confirming that the same was for Kuma and half joking that it was easy to tell that it was Kuma’s first time
