I've read the entire thing and Bella is the real killer at the end of the day. She literally killed everyone around her because of her stupidity. I don't like the ending but I like that she suffered a lot. I hope she goes straight to hell instead of the heaven club with the other characters.
I can understand that Theo is fucked up because of his father but Bella? she's supposed to be a reporter who's smart and capable but honestly her brain is just as empty as the animal Jack stuffs.
