also two days visitation sucks!! i have no idea what the commenter below me is saying. switching between house to house sucks as well but in this story specifically, i think switching between houses on a even schedule, or even one parent weekdays and weekends would work just great. as we see in the fast forward that the daughter is doing just fine living with her mother, so i think them having equal time, or weekends to weekdays would be a better option.. this is a very fictional story so don't take this specific comment to seriously just in case anyone tries to bash me..

i think it's said that the daughter didn't get to stay with her dad. uke said he envisioned them being a family together which doesn't become reality. they love her both (uke and seme) and arguably love her as a daughter to them. but her mom is basically the full time parent in that regard. plus she cheated, idc if she was insecure because of uke. cheating is never valid and will never be. she should've just broken/divorced him instead of you know.. cheating? especially because uke did love her. also it's pretty shitty that uke's fear came to light even though he ended up being okay with it, his fear being that picking his new lover (seme) would basically be losing his daughter as well. which basically kinda happened. ofc the author goes to clear 99 percent of what im ranting about, but doesn't change how i think it should've been different.
i do really love this author though, and this story. i probably got some things wrong while talking too so don't take my shitty opinion too seriously
