Majority of bl got a plot like this, so im trying to see if it really exists cuz it looks so possible lmao

Context of the 'story': seme has a bestfriennd (mc) and mc likes seme for a long time now but seme likes mc's friend (girl) and said girl rejected him cuz she likes another guy but seme thought mc had something to do with it and basically embarrassed him at a party (??) And so mc got into an accident and lost his memories and now seme regrets and realizes the one he likes was actually mc
I've searched a lot of possible genres and scouted every single yaoi so help me find this and if we can't we shall close this case ^^
