I first thought it was the other guy cutting his hair LMAOO I think it's easily missed because it's just a very short frame and there's no follow up to why they showed him cutting his hair (I thought it's because of the other guy or something but they don't explain anything there), but yeah that one little scene basically explains why he has shorter hair here!
