I really don't think it is. I read it expecting to be disgusted by any hint at S.A. However, I genuinely couldn't find anything. I definitely think he's violent and murderous. I think he killed many of the maids, as they (I'm deducing) were 'sold' by their families as sacrifices to visit his room when he is in a rage. Totally see that.

Y’all. I don’t think he’s been raping the maids! I read spoilers and it says he never did anything with any women cause he literally hates women. He tries to avoid them. This is an excerpt from the novel ch. 15 I’m pretty sure:

Yeah I agree. The fl is a little dumb. She hasn’t given me a good impression or left any impression on me. I’m not sure about him being forceful and stuff at first cause he was in the manhwa. Novel might be different than manhwa. But I haven’t read the novel so I can’t say much. Even if he didn’t rape the women, some of his actions are questionable which makes me not like him but not hate him as well.
