When Dan verbally resisted during intercourse asking for a break and telling Jaekyung to stop, Jaekyung ignored it. When Dan physically resisted by stopping in the middle of intercourse he was thrown into the water and held up so that if he resisted again, he would drown. This all leads to the fact that Jaekyung raped Dan, multiple times in different instances.
