i have one too..
so hibiki was not in love with ouya just overly protective and possession of his own brother .. hibiki found out that ouya and haruka are dating through some various event (he caught them kissing and a little bit of embracing) (the two not knowing he found out) hibiki confines to hisaya and made various plans to break the two apart with hisaya(hisaya just trying to be a little ignorant with the plans) they almost succeeded but ultimately fails after many times... and hisaya frustrated he tells his hidden feelings for hibiki .... blah blah blah .... in the end they finally started dating but hibiki still don't approve of the relationship of his brother but in truth he does approve

Plot twist:
Actually hibiki was in love with ouya, then he finds out that he is already dating haruka, he gets depressed enough that hisaya also finds out, hisaya tries to rip them apart but then seeing is kind of his fault hibiki talk their own way out (even though it pains him a little). Later (when hibiki is alone) hisaya tells him "but i know that you like him", i wouldnt have minded if it was you! he cries, sob sob, hibiki smiles "you know, its true that it hurts, but the happiest thing for me, is that the person i like is smiling, just being able to see that is enough for me, and... " *kiss hisaya knowing there is someone who cares this much for me makes me feel so blessed. hahahahaha ok i went a little to far hahahahaha well also sorry for my bad english
