There was never any confirmation at all that they both died like yea they ended up in the sea together and that was where it ended but there’s no telling that they didn’t swim back up. On the authors twitter she said that it’s probably gonna have side stories I think

im pretty sure in the last chapter raws they both lived - the twin with long hair saved them, but jooha lost his memories then got them back? pretty dumb and it seems rushed but yknow..
