Genetic siblings? No, they aren’t blood related. Were they aware of that fact since they were young? Yes, both leads were aware. Is it low key weird since the ML technically raised her since a baby and the FL was a reincarnated adult who also raised the ML from a young age? Yes, but that’s what the author chose to go with so not much one can do. For my sanity, I’ll pretend non of the above occurred and they were just childhood friends.
