Can someone explain to me whether the blonde seme is an ally or enemy to uke ? At first I thought he is working for Russia (⊙…⊙ ) but in the latest chapter he seems to be an agent sent by HQ to partner with uke. Then, in the last page, he said sth about to kill the uke with Bomb ?
