Nah in chapters where she talks to Rose she does say that she'd been decieved right? She didn't know he'd ask 'such' wishes in future not this first wish lol but she does say she doesn't wanna do any of the things she's doing right now with rose and Charteris. I don't think he ever genuinely loved aina or maybe in future chapters they will let us know that's the best answer
