NO FR. It's been hinted for so long that Jeremy might've had those kind of feelings for shuli.. or maybe I'm reading too much into it?:P
Before Shuli died, Jeremy really did have those feelings for her. But it explained on the present timeline that he treats Shuli better now because he just wants to make up for their past mistakes. Then everybody viewed it as he has romantic feelings for his stepmom.
