They don't really match at all anymore. Mc has never wished to do harm and backtracked once she noticed she was turning into a bully herself. Siyun is trying to completely monopolise her attention with the threat of death to people she cares about. She can't hang out with friends cause of extreme guilt and a fear of what siyun may do out of sight. He's unfortunately been spiraling hard for a long time and at this point it seems like the endgame is headed towards him being hit with karma and mc's friends trying to protect her from the abuse. it sucks how he can't be self aware that his violence only further distances her emotionally even tho he may temporarily get her to be around through fear and guilt.

like 30 or so chapters ago i found it hot but its become uncomfortably much now it sucks cause he's so HOT UGH I WANTED HIM ENDGAME UNTIL IT ESCALATED THIS MUCH UGHHH. bro has ZERO empathy for her anymore and the little he does is snuffed out by his obsessiveness. he knew it was too much but then he just decided to ignore it as if he lost his rationality
