she doesnt. we know why they do it, but she thinks of it as a simple villain archetype which is why she also thinks a good childhood would help Ein. whenever the author uses a third pov or in cassius/ein's pov, Rosalia is unaware of the backstory or reason. she thinks that it's because the family makes enemies, not necessarily because it was a "duty" for the king.
If she did, then just like how she protects Ein from fake bullying... she wouldn't be so terrified of them. instead, she'd be angry against the king and make it that Cassius and Ein dont have to risk their life.
