he will not die in season 3 but as far as i know and based on what i saw on some spoilers, akutagawa has lung disease that it can lead him to his death?? tho, as u can see as of now, he's a vampire

I'm watching the anime and I'm still in season 3, BUT I've encountered a spoiler saying Akutagawa will die, can anyone deny that? (or confirm aahh no) pls pls, I can't continue the anime thinking Akutagawa will die. Please someone tell me!!!!!
