Two. I don't think it's possible for Shin to be Train and Ekaterina's son. It was said that Train died before they were able to have a child. So, Ekaterina has not been pregnant. Or at least, there was no mention that she was. Plus, do you really think Ekaterina will give birth to her child with her beloved and get careless making her unable to be a mother to her son? She's one of the Sage's apprentice, remember? The probability of that happening is zero.
Three. Shin and Cecily are of-age. They're 16 and by their world's standard, they are adults with legal hold of their lives.
Four. Maria in third wheel role is just for the humour guys. It's not that she likes Shin or anything. Don't get annoyed by her. (Maria's my fave. She reminds me of myself whenever I went out with my two bestfriends(who are in a relationship) 2 years ago when we were in tenth grade. ╥﹏╥
