I don't particularly enjoy it, it's not interesting enough, even tho the focus is on Luc's succession and Marcus' role in her campaign, there's barely any moments about politics, there were many chances wasted just like the kidnapping and auctioning of children, I though she would've done something to solve that issue but then it became focused on Harris and Luc. So I was disappointed to see that romance is the focus of this book, I thought it was more fantasy or politics, the priest even disappeared midway and never tried to find out why Marcus was summoned by bastet :/
