I haven’t read the novel but I have a feeling that Yoon is making Jaehan fall in love with him deeper so he can later reject him as revenge for what he did to him. Idk maybe I’ve read so many angsty stories that I coming up with crazy theories. Unless Yoon is being honest about his feelings and just keeping it to himself and waiting for Jaehan to confess first.
