Follow manga for updates?

Is it possible to follow a manga to know when it's updated on mangago? I haven't found the way to do so yet if there is one T.T

Mark manga you wanna follow as READING or READ. When that manga's updated, you'll get notification!

The notification shows on the horn on the top right screen.
