I think so too, I mean there's so many hints lol. Biggest one was in the beginning one of the TL notes was that Delkira is reversed to make Alikured (Ali's full name) so I think it's safe to say, Ali is Delkira or a piece of him (his conscious up/power is split, either willingly or unwillingly)
But what if Delkira and Ali-san are one person?? I always have my suspicion when Ali-san was introduced. Or maybe Ali-san is a part of Delkira somehow...
