I’m pretty sure ‘consort’ is the term used for the official lover(?) of the royal bloodline.

So since she is married to the prince, and is not of direct royal bloodline (since she married into the royal family), she would be considered the ‘princess consort’


(Btw, I think ‘consort’ is for the recognized/accepted lovers and ‘concubine’ is for unofficial lovers. Please correct me if I’m wrong)
