Pretty sure in Japan the consent age is above 14+.
while that is true, it is still heavily looked down upon in japan and with some heavy consequences like losing your job or status but no legal action sadly. i’m mad about that because lots of kids are naive (COMING FROM A KID) and don’t realize the dangers of being romantically involved with an adult or much older person. i learned that the hard way sadly

um no? It’s legal to have sexual act with a 16 and a 20+ . if you’re 16 below you would need parents approval to have a sexual intent with a adult.
