I read a weird lewd manga before but i forgot the title (the story is a bit blurry too sorry)
It was about college students who went to an island and got stranded there. One of the students, black haired girl is from that island. Mc has a crush on her. While they were on the island, mc catches black haired girl's brother sexually assaulting her and tries to save her.
Then things got weird bc it turned into some sort of cult/alien thing. There are only young girls on the island, which is actually bc of a tree. So their connect to the tree so when their bodies die, their soul goes back to the tree and they can reincarnate in a younger body. And that's how they maintain youth. Meanwhile, the men has to fuck to slow down aging.
The main character is actually a reincarnation of one of the residents of the island.
In the past there was an alien(?) pretty girl whose ufo crashed into the island and met with the previous!mc. Prev!mc and alien pretty girl fell in love with each other but girl died but since she's alien, she can't reincarnate.
Istg this story is such a random fever dream so my memory is all over the place.
